One inch flange thickness. Utilizes patented locking design to secure flange to core. Flanges available in 14", 16", 18", 20", 22", 24", 28", 32" and 36" diameters with any of the 6", 8" or 11" core diameters. All flanges and cores can be interchanged.

One-half inch flange thickness. Designed to replace one-half inch thick plywood and other flange materials. Utilizes patented locking design to secure flange to core.  This reel is as strong and impact-resistant as our one inch design. This reel is available in 15", 22½" and 24" flange diameters for use with 6", 8" and 11" core diameters.

We can provide solutions to your most demanding custom reel requirements. Our design team can build custom blow molded reels which are a lower-cost alternative to other processes. We can also provide rotationally molded reels.
