Most flanges & cores are interchangeable. This reduces required inventory sizes vs. other types of reels. We have over 100 sizes in stock available for immediate shipment. We can also provide custom reels.

	CORE The tab on the end of the core locks in between the web on the flange to securely hold the reel together. Available in 6", 8" and 11" diameters for use with any of the flanges. The length of the core is variable from 6" through 32".
	FLANGE One-half or one-inch flange thickness available. Utilizes patented locking thread design to secure flange to core.  The locking web screws into place and locks over the tab on the core. This flange is virtually indestructible and impact resistant.

Reel (Option A) Click for Quote Sheet	One inch flange thickness. Utilizes patented locking design to secure flange to core. Flanges available in 14", 16", 18", 20", 22", 24", 28", 32" and 36" diameters with any of the 6", 8" or 11" core diameters. All flanges and cores can be interchanged.
Reel (Option B) Click for Quote Sheet	One-half inch flange thickness. Designed to replace one-half inch thick plywood and other flange materials. Utilizes patented locking design to secure flange to core.  This reel is as strong and impact-resistant as our one inch design. This reel is available in 15", 22½" and 24" flange diameters for use with 6", 8" and 11" core diameters.
Custom Click for Quote Sheet	We can provide solutions to your most demanding custom reel requirements. Our design team can build custom blow molded reels which are a lower-cost alternative to other processes. We can also provide rotationally molded reels. This is the lowest cost tooling alternative that works best for lower volume projects. **Custom quotes available for minimum quantities of 500 units ordered.

Reel Assembly

back to top

Start assembly by aligning the arrow on the core with the slot on the web. Turn flange clockwise until the web engages over the tab on the core.

Reel Disassembly

back to top

Pry right hand portion of web with a screwdriver or other similar tool until the flange is able to turn counterclockwise. Prior to reuse, the web must be pressed down to original position.
